Wendy Carter is a real estate professional with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty, known for her relationship-first approach, clear communication, and steady guidance. With more than 30 years of relationship-based sales experience and 10 years in residential real estate, Wendy helps buyers and sellers navigate the process with confidence, thoughtful strategy, and a calm, organized approach. Wendy has called Kansas home since 1987 and lives in West Wichita with her husband of more than 30 years. She is the proud mom of two sons who graduated from Maize High School and is actively involved in the real estate community, serving as the 2026 President of the REALTORS® of South Central Kansas Board of Directors, a past two-term member of the Kansas Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, and a current member of the Wichita District 5 Advisory Board.
